MEMBERS AREA
EAA maintains an FTP site for members to share photos and documents with each other and with the EAA Board.
The EAA FTP site is for private organization use only. Please contact eaa@eaabayarea.org for FTP access.
How to use the EAA FTP Site:
Using the EAA FTP Site will allow you to drag and drop files from your computer onto the EAA web server for others to view and download.
Step 1. Type ftp://eaabayarea.org into Windows Explorer (the program you use to manage the files on your computer).
Step 2. Enter the login information (Username and Password) provided to you by EAA. (Please contact eaa@eaabayarea.org for FTP access.)
Step 3: Open another Windows Explorer window and locate the folder on your computer where you would like to upload from or download to.
Step 4: Drag files (or use copy and paste) to move files from one window to the other to upload or download.
Step 5: To logout, simply close the ftp://eaabayarea.org window.
FTP Site Usage:
Users are given access to the FTP site in order to help the users and the organization make progress towards our mission of educating America's youth and uniting engineering and artistry. We are a nonprofit organization and function based on goodwill from volunteers like yourself, which we are indebted to you for - you are the program! Thus while using the FTP site, let’s keep this mutual goodwill going and operate in a respectful manner. Do not delete files, and keep files organized within file structure, etc.
